Choice of wood:
American walnut allows the Tinymight 2 to stay slightly cooler, as it has better insulating properties than oak. Additionally, its grain is generally smoother, making the device feel more solid and supple in the hand.
Size:
Tinymight 2 is slightly larger than the original Tinymight, providing better thermal insulation, a much more robust construction, and more space for more sophisticated electronics.
Battery compartment cover:
The battery compartment cover has been updated to make battery replacement easier. The original design featured a recessed cover that often required a coin to open. The new cover has a pleasantly grippy surface that opens easily without the need for additional tools.
Multitool:
The Tinymight 2 comes with a tool on top of the device, ready for use whenever needed. The idea was to make adjusting the herb chamber volume easier, without having to search for a suitable tool, as it's always included with the device. This same tool can also be used to stir the herb, empty the chamber, and even, flipped over, pound the herb with the handle. It also allows you to check the battery level and power indicators.
New surface of the metal parts:
The Tinymight 2 features a new paint finish on all external metal parts to make them much more scratch-resistant, so it will be able to handle active and carefree use while still retaining its beauty for a long time.
USB-C fast charging:
Tinymight 2 features completely new charging electronics. This enables very fast and efficient charging with significantly less wasted energy. It's designed to work with almost any adapter, including computer USB ports, power banks, car chargers, USB PD high-speed chargers, and Quick Charge-compatible chargers, and it automatically adjusts the charging speed to get the most out of the source.
Improved taste:
The Tinymight 2 has received several improvements to enhance the flavor of the vapor produced by the device. The heater is now controlled much more precisely, ensuring stable temperature and heat output in all conditions. There's no longer any wood under the heater structure, and the new heat diffuser and improved heater control allow for more even vaporization of the herb, resulting in a flavorful, thick vapor.
Improved power output:
The Tinymight's electronics have been completely redesigned to optimize the power supply to the Tinymight's unique coil heating system. Idle power consumption has been reduced by 2.5 times, and the device can now adapt to changes in environment and device usage to deliver reproducible results in any situation. The electronic board controls the heating system with much greater precision and lower losses. The end result of these changes is more consistent vapor production in any situation and better battery life.
Battery level display:
The battery level is now indicated not only by vibrations but also by colored lights on the back of the device and the front of the multi-tool. This helps you understand the battery level at any time and plan accordingly.
Beast Mode:
Tinymight has always allowed you to temporarily increase the temperature by holding down the button, but this only worked in Session Mode. The TM2 now has a Beast Mode available in On-Demand. Turn the temperature to maximum until you see the lights turn white, and your temperature will jump to level "12."
Safety and materials:
All parts have been carefully selected to ensure maximum safety and protect the most sensitive users.
The airway is now completely sealed. For example, all metal parts in the vapor path are now cleaned in heated ultrasonic baths with standard dental cleaning agents, then thoroughly rinsed and dried.
The wooden casing is made of American walnut, which is processed and finished in Helsinki by a local carpenter. The electronics are assembled in Finland by a medical device manufacturing facility.
