Extended return policy: Purchases made between December 1, 2025, and December 24, 2025, have an extended return policy until January 31, 2026. A clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g., by post or email). You can use our model withdrawal form for this purpose – but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification before the deadline expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding surcharges for special delivery), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, without any additional fees . We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. In the event of a package being stopped or refused, we will charge you for the return shipping costs incurred. You must return the goods within 14 days of cancelling your order. The deadline is met if you send the goods in time.

Please handle the goods with care and return them, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories. Inform us before returning the item so we can correctly process your return. Avoid sending returns freight collect – this incurs unnecessary costs. We recommend insured shipping.
