Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is defined as any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last goods.

a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g., by post or email). You can use our sample withdrawal form for this purpose—but you don't have to.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except surcharges for special delivery), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, without any additional fees .
We reserve the right to make the refund only after we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. This deadline is met if you send them back on time.

📦 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
💸 You only have to pay for loss of value if it is due to improper handling of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information (voluntary but helpful)

1. Please treat the goods carefully and return them in their original packaging with all accessories, if possible.

2. Avoid sending returns freight collect – this causes unnecessary costs.

3. These instructions are not a prerequisite for an effective revocation, but they help with the process.
