Cancellation policy
Introduction
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the last item.

A clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g. by post or email). You can use our model withdrawal form for this – but you don't have to.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification before the deadline expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding surcharges for special delivery), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used, without any additional fees .
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them – whichever comes first.
You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. The deadline is met if you send them in time.
📦 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
💸 You only have to pay for loss in value if it is due to improper handling of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

- Please handle the goods with care and return them in their original packaging with all accessories if possible.
- Avoid sending returns freight collect – this causes unnecessary costs.
- These instructions are not a prerequisite for a valid cancellation, but they help with the process.
